Trusted CI Offering Office Hours by Appointment

The purpose of Trusted CI office hours is to provide direct assistance to members of the open science security community. We have decided to move office hours to a "by appointment" format to be more flexible with community members' schedules. To request an appointment, contact us with the subject, “Office Hours,” and any details you can provide about the question or problem you'd like to solve.

Introducing Trusted CI office hours: Thursday July 23 at 10am Central time

Trusted CI is launching a new monthly office hours project to provide direct assistance to members of our community in an informal setting. Our first session is Thursday July 23rd at 10am Central. Office Hours will be held on our Slack Channel.

Notification of upcoming sessions will be communicated via our Discuss list. Subscribe to the Trusted CI Discuss List. (Posting is limited to subscribers to prevent spam.)

This month's session will be attended by experts in identity and access management (IAM); but we welcome any cybersecurity questions related to your project, or questions regarding services offered by Trusted CI.

Trusted CI offers many opportunities to connect with the open science community. We host webinars, the Trustworthy Data Working Group, and now office hours; all open to the general public. Our Framework Advisory Board, Large Facilities Security Team, IAM working group, and Fellows Program are targeted to more specific audiences. We hope you can find one or more opportunities to connect with us.

March 24th at 3pm ET: Trusted CI hosting COVID-19 virtual town hall

Trusted CI is holding a Virtual Town Hall on Tuesday March 24th at 3pm Eastern to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the NSF open science community. We recently posted a blog discussing recommendations for reducing cybersecurity risk while working remotely and protecting regulated data during the COVID-19 outbreak. In collaboration with NSF CI CoE Pilot and SGCI, we are also offering priority help to projects tackling COVID-19. The purpose of this Town Hall  is to review Trusted CI resources and recommendations, share what institutions are currently doing, and discuss your concerns. This Town Hall will be recorded.
